After premiering on Channel 5 in the UK and launching on SVOD service Paramount+ in Australia, distributor All3Media International has secured a first round of sales for Story Film’s domestic female thriller, Witness Number 3.
Written by Thomas Eccleshare and directed by Diarmuid Goggins (Kin), the four-part drama follows Jodie (Nina Toussaint-White), a young mother and hairdresser, who witnesses a man seconds before his murder. After showing up to testify to the police, believing it was the right thing to do, she is shocked when the detectives decide to keep her identity a secret, calling her Witness #3. there is more risk than she could have imagined as a terrifying campaign of intimidation to silence her begins.

In Europe, the series was acquired by PBS’s NPO premium in the Netherlands, TV4 in Sweden, MTV in Finland, Virgin Media in the Republic of Ireland, Turckell TV+’s SVOD service in Turkey, and Turkish and Hellenic Cyprus in Greece. .
